Chocolate Almond Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon hot water
1 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
4 squares (1 ounce size) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sliced almonds, finely chopped
